Can acupuncture help with my son's asthma?
Surprisingly, it is not a hard condition to deal with in Chinese medicine. The principle of the asthma treatment is to reduce inflammation and eliminate triggers of asthma. These triggers may not be conventional medicine defined triggers. I encourage patients continuing asthmatic Rx while getting acupuncture or combo of acupuncture + Chinese herbal medicine.
