Back in the early days of her academic career, the doctor’s journey commenced in her native New York, where she graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then undertook her residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. This renowned medical center specializes in high-risk pregnancies, and it was during her training here that her passion for women’s health and well-being truly blossomed. Her dedication was further evident as she served as Chief Resident during her time at Maimonides.
Driven by a desire to make a global impact, Dr. Noel embarked on medical missions and volunteered her medical expertise in India and Haiti. These experiences broadened her horizons and solidified her commitment to improving the lives of women worldwide.
After her training, she continued her medical journey in the vibrant community of Manhattan, New York.
