Dr. Jackson is board-certified family physician with a proven medical management track-record working for Medical Advantage. He has been in practice since 1985 and with Western Wayne Physicians since 1996.  

Providing quality medical care to patients of all ages, Western Wayne Physicians welcome everyone from newborns to seniors. Services they provide include diabetic care, pap smear, cancer screenings, vaccinations, and birth control.

Conducting his undergraduate training at the University of Michigan, Dr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology / Zoology. He then went on to attend the Wayne State University School of Medicine and received his medical degree in 1982, after which he performed his residency in family medicine at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center – Dearborn.

Board-certified in family medicine, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

A part of various organizations, Dr. Jackson is an active member of the American Medical Association, the Michigan State Medical Society, the Wayne County Medical Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American College of Physician Executives.

A representative on numerous hospital committees, Dr. Jackson can be found on staff at Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn & Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

Very active outside his practice, he was industrious in leading the formation of 2 Independent Primary Care Physician Associations and is currently the Medical Director of one of the Associations. He is also actively the Medical Staff Representative of Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital for the Michigan State Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
