Dr. Narvaez-Oms earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He did a General surgery internship at the Mayaguez Medical Center. He then went on to complete his Ophthalmology residency at the University Of Puerto Rico Medical Center. He proceeded to do Cornea Fellowship Training at the University Of Missouri.
