Get to know Obstetrician and Gynecologist Dr. Jerrold M. Snyder, who serves the population of Pennsylvania. Dr. Snyder completed his undergraduate degree from Temple University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Art majoring in Liberal Arts in 1974. Wanting to further his education he then obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1978, giving him over four decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his degree Dr. Snyder then completed his internship with Metropolitan Hospital followed by his residency with UMDNJ-Kennedy Memorial Hospital where he was named chief resident. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. To stay up to date in his field he remains a professional member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Snyder currently practices with Women’s Specialists of Bucks County a private practice he founded along with Dr. Turner. He is also affiliated with St. Mary Medical Center, Lower Bucks Hospital, and Barix Clinics of Pennsylvania, where he is an an attending physician on staff. When not working, Dr. Snyder enjoys scuba diving, sailing, and spending time with his family.
