A dedicated family physician, Dr. Moore is the Founder and CEO of AmarilloMD, a specialty Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice based in Amarillo, Texas.
Launching in June 2016, Dr. Moore established AmarilloMD due to her dissatisfaction with the impersonal nature of the medical system, which failed to consistently provide high-quality care for both her family and her patients. Faced with challenges in delivering personalized care within the existing flawed system, she opted for the DPC membership model as the solution. AmarilloMD was thus founded with a mission to enhance the nation’s health by offering personalized and accessible care to every family member.
Back in the early days of her academic career, Dr. Moore graduated with her Medical Degree from Texas A&M School of Medicine in 2005. Subsequently, she performed her residency in family medicine at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center — Temple from 2007 to 2008.
Passionate about providing personalized patient care, Dr. Moore is available to her patients around the clock. She is a huge advocate of midwifery care and community-based birth, actively supporting initiatives like Beyond Birth Midwifery that provide more options for women in the community.
