Dr. Nina Abul-Husn is a dual Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and Addiction Medicine Specialist.  Her full-scope general medicine training gives her the ability to provide comprehensive medical care for people of all ages, and her passion and dedication lies in helping those with mental health and addiction disorders. 

 

Having graduated from Indiana University with a degree in biochemistry and microbiology, Dr. Nina has an extensive background in the life sciences, as well as public health and tropical medicine, having graduated with a Master’s degree from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She completed her medical training and has been practicing in the Treasure Valley since 2012.

 

Dr. Nina is passionate about helping patients navigate the complexities of substance use and mental health with a warm and understanding approach.  She strives to create a safe and nurturing environment where healing and growth can flourish and believes that every step forward, no matter how small, is a success worth celebrating. Dr. Nina is committed to providing compassionate care and support to individuals on their journey to recovery and is dedicated to supporting her patients every step of the way.
