Collins, MD, is a Family Medicine Physician for Cornerstone Family Physicians, and is affiliated with St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. Dr. Ann C. Collins has been in practice for over 19 years, and is already renowned as one of Indiana’s leading family practitioners. Her career in medicine began in 1997, when she graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
