Luis Hospital & Medical Center in St. Croix, where he established the Virgin Islands’ first interventional cardiology program. His groundbreaking work included the first coronary angioplasty and the first cardiac defibrillator implantation in the Virgin Islands. Dr. Griffith has also contributed to medical advancements in countries such as Guyana, St. Lucia, and Tortola, making him a trailblazer in cardiovascular medicine.

Serving as the former Chief Executive Officer of the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, Dr. Griffith established the first interventional cardiology program in the region in 2002. His groundbreaking work included performing the first coronary angioplasty and implanting the first cardiac defibrillator in the Virgin Islands.
