Completing his undergraduate education at Boston College, Dr. Harlow graduated with his medical degree from the SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the Bronx Municipal Medical Center, and his fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

With over 30 years of experience as a pediatrician in Bergen County, Dr. Harlow has hospital privileges at Hackensack University Medical Center and The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, and is a Consultant within the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Department of the Institute of Child Development at Hackensack University Medical Center.
