Dr. Kososky earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey in 1975. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, followed by his residency in neurology at UMDNJ-University Hospital.
Dr. Kososky is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
