He is currently the Clinical Director of the Neuroscience Institute, which is a part of the St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey. St. Francis Medical Center is an acute care teaching hospital with more than 300 medical staff physicians representing all specialties, as well as a member of the Trinity Health System. The Neuroscience Institute’s mission is to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for all patients with neurological disorders.
Dr. Kososky earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey in 1975. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, followed by his residency in neurology at UMDNJ-University Hospital.
Dr. Kososky is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the public interest and the professions of psychiatry and neurology by promoting excellence in practice through certification and continuing certification processes.
