Dr. Mohsin is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He is also a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, and the American Society of Internal Medicine. Dr. Mohsin is a former Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City, New York.
Dr. Mohsin earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1996. He then went on to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at the same College, followed by his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also completed a fellowship in interventional and endovascular cardiology at Allegheny General Hospital and Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Mohsin is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
Dr. Mohsin is also board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Mohsin continues to serve in the community as a guest speaker for numerous events, educating the public on cardiovascular disease from prevention to treatment.
