Dr. Moffett is an established plastic surgeon at Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Associates in Little Rock, Arkansas. His practicing health concerns include: abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast implants, breast lift, breast reduction, brow lift, cheek implant, chin implant, eyelid surgery, facelift, facial birth deformities, jaw reconstructive surgery, lip enhancement, liposuction, nose reshaping, skin resurfacing, and tummy tuck.

With a broad educational background, Dr. Moffett graduated with his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 1982. He then went on to perform his internship, residency, and fellowship at University of Louisville Hospital, completing his training in 1990.

An expert in his field, he is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.
