Dr. Sasha Davidson holds double board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. With specialized training in high-risk obstetrics, Dr. Davidson provides pregnant women in and around Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with comprehensive care for routine and complex pregnancies at Signature Perinatal Center.
Dr. Davidson earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami before going on to Georgetown University School of Medicine for her medical degree. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
As a highly skilled perinatal consultant and women’s health expert, Dr. Davidson performs first and second trimester ultrasound screening with the most advanced technology available, like the Voluson™ E10 ultrasound with radiance system architecture. This system creates clearer, more detailed images in less time. She also performs diagnostic procedures such as chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis.
Dr. Davidson is passionate about caring for women throughout their pregnancy and working as a team with their obstetricians. She feels privileged to care for pregnant women with challenging obstetric and fetal diagnoses. Dr. Davidson engages her patients, their families, and primary obstetrician to develop a specialized plan for the pregnancy.
