A devoted pulmonologist, Dr. Kutner is affiliated with PrimeHealth Physicians, welcoming patients at his office in Miami, Florida.

Back in the early days of his academic career, Dr. Kutner graduated with his medical degree from the SUNY at Stony Brook School of Medicine in 1983. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1986, and his fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center in 1988.

An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in pulmonary disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Pulmonology is a medical specialty that deals with diseases involving the respiratory tract. A pulmonologist is an internal medicine physician who specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions and diseases that affect the lungs, bronchial tubes, and the respiratory system, including the nose, pharynx, and throat.
