Prior to his current endeavors, Dr. Grogan served as Medical Director of Urgent Care, Family Practice Section Chief, and Vice Chairman of the Family Practice Department at Bronson Battle Creek in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Dr. Grogan earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Thereafter, he went on to complete his residencies in family medicine at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and at the Naval Hospital Pensacola. 

Dr. Grogan is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the health of the public through board certification, residency training, research, leadership development, and promoting the development of the specialty of Family Medicine.
