Dr. Grogan earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Thereafter, he went on to complete his residencies in family medicine at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and at the Naval Hospital Pensacola.
Dr. Grogan is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the health of the public through board certification, residency training, research, leadership development, and promoting the development of the specialty of Family Medicine.
To keep current with the new developments and technology in his field, Dr. Grogan remains a distinguished member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law and the American College of Urgent Care Physicians.
