A devoted family physician specializing in women’s medicine, Dr. Espinosa is in practice at Aspen Family Medicine & Geriatrics in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Her goal is to provide the highest quality of care for the entire family, including pediatrics, family care, women’s health, elder care, as well as any day to day health issue in a calm relaxing friendly environment.
Aspen Family Medicine and Geriatrics began in 2002 as John A. Fagan Family Practice and operated for twelve years proudly serving the community of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. In 2012, Dr. Fagan along with Physicians Assistant, Jocelyn Tomista decided to expand their ability to provide compassionate and quality care to their patients by welcoming aboard Dr. Mike Zuniga and Dr. Darlene Espinosa. They are dedicated to helping patients find answers to their medical questions and to provide them and their families with the quality medical care they deserve.
Graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University, Dr. Espinosa earned her medical degree from the New York Medical College and the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. She then went on to complete the University of Kansas Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program, accredited by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice family medicine and its sub-specialties.
