Get to know Dentist Dr. Heather Heaster, who serves patients in Rainelle, West Virginia.

Dr. Heaster is a competent dentist treating patients of any age with various dental circumstances at Rainelle Dental Center in West Virginia. It is a satellite clinic of Rainelle Medical Center.

The staff of Rainelle Medical Center and its satellite clinics are committed to providing comprehensive health care to the families of Greenbrier County, Eastern Fayette County, and surrounding areas. The mission of the Center is to promote and improve individual, family, and community wellness by providing quality health services and educational information, regardless of ability to pay, in the rural, medically underserved areas that they serve.

A Greenbrier County native and Greenbrier West High School alumna, Dr. Heaster graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2015. 

Enthusiastic about tackling her first position as a dentist, she strives to help her community by providing quality and affordable dental care to patients of all ages. “I did rural rotations here in Rainelle, I grew up in Crawley, and I know a lot of people can’t afford regular dental visits. Being able to provide care on a sliding scale, and accepting Medicaid, should help more people get the care they need” she noted. 

She and the expert team at Rainelle Medical Center offer various techniques to help make patients’ dental appointments more comfortable, if necessary, and ensure that they are completely satisfied with the services they are being offered.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
