Also, he evaluates the outcome measures for stress urinary incontinence treatment, and works with multiple specialists to provide the best possible care to each patient.

With a broad educational background, Dr. Mucciolo earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in 1979. After relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his residency in general surgery at the New York Medical College in 1983, and his residency in urology at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn.

An expert in his field, he is board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU). The mission of the ABU is to act for the benefit of the public by establishing and maintaining standards of certification for urologists, and working with certified urologists to achieve lifelong learning to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, and ethical urologic care. 

A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Mucciolo is a proud member of the American Urological Association and the Morgagni Medical Society.
