Get to know Dentist Dr. Mark E. Weitzman, who serves patients in Ventura, California.

Since 1991, Dr. Weitzman has provided exceptional family and cosmetic dental services for individuals of all ages throughout Ventura County in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

Earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Dr. Weitzman is an active member of the California Dental Association, the American Dental Society, the Santa Barbara-Ventura County Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Society for Dental Aesthetics.

In addition, he has never been sanctioned by a dental board nor received board disciplinary actions. This means that he upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence, practice, service, procedures, professionalism, and standards of health. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
