Grayson & Associates, P.C. was established in 1985 by Dr. Garry Grayson with the mission of providing top quality mental health services in Birmingham, Alabama. Since that time, the practice has grown into the largest private mental health care provider in Alabama. The team of more than 75 clinicians includes psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and nurse practitioners. Outpatient services are provided at five separate Birmingham locations as well as locations in Montgomery and Anniston. Inpatient and admitting privileges are through St. Vincent’s East, Grandview Medical Center, and HillCrest Hospital in Birmingham. In Montgomery, inpatient services are offered through Crossbridge Behavioral Health, while the Anniston area inpatient treatment is provided at both the Northeast Regional Medical Center and the Regional Medical Center Jacksonville. Psychiatrists in the group also consult with mental health agencies and community mental health centers.
Graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, Dr. Andry went on to earn her medical degree from Meharry Medical College. Furthering her education, she performed both her residency in psychiatry and her fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine.
With an unwavering commitment to her speciality, she is board-certified in psychiatry and addiction psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
