Her dedication to the field of dermatology was acknowledged when she was selected for the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society during her residency.

Recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Harp remains actively engaged in the medical community through her memberships in various organizations, including the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., the American Society of Mohs Surgery, the Los Angeles County Medical Association, the San Fernando Valley Dermatologic Society, the American Medical Association, Community Health Associates, and CalDerm, which monitors legislation and policy that impacts the dermatological field as a whole.
