Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Zorsky received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering and his Master of Science (MS) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Connecticut. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Wanting to further his training, he completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in oncology and hematology at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Following his education, the doctor became board-certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
