Dr. Feneisha Franklin, has taken ownership of Living Well Family Medicine, a leading direct primary care practice in Lexington. This model offers a monthly membership, streamlining access to comprehensive medical care and eliminating the need for copays, deductibles, or insurance billing.

Dr. Franklin boasts a distinguished career in medicine, having earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and her Medical Degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. She completed her family medicine residency and a fellowship in Geriatrics at Palmetto Health in Columbia, South Carolina. Her extensive training and experience allow her to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, with a specialized focus on the health needs of older adults.

Dr. Franklin is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Geriatric Society and the South Carolina Association of Family Physicians. Her extensive expertise and commitment to exceptional patient care will further strengthen Living Well Family Medicine’s dedication to providing outstanding, personalized healthcare to the Lexington community.
