Dr. Liu attended the Capital Institute of Medicine in China, where she graduated with her Medical Degree. After obtaining her Medical Degree Dr. Liu completed her family medicine internship and residency with Case Western Reserve University – MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio. Dr. Liu is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Liu currently serves patients with MetroHealth System in Ohio. The MetroHealth System is a nationally ranked, non-profit, public health care system. Founded in 1837 as City Hospital, the MetroHealth System serves the residents of the city of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County. Family medicine is the medical specialty which provides continuing, comprehensive health care for the individual and family. It is a specialty in breadth that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system and every disease entity.
