Born in Spain, his passion for dentistry led him to the University Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree with honors in 2000. His dedication to excellence in oral surgery was evident early on, as he completed internships and residencies at prestigious institutions such as the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital.

During his tenure at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Dr. Samaniego had the privilege of working alongside renowned oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Robert E. Marx, further enriching his expertise in the field. Following his residency, he established a successful private practice in Caracas, Venezuela, before bringing his talents to the United States.

In 2012, Dr. Samaniego joined the Oral & Facial Surgery Center in Tallahassee, Florida, where he provided exceptional care to his patients for three years. His reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate patient care led him to Osceola, Florida, where he continued to make a difference in the field of oral surgery at the Osceola Medical Center, before joining the Central Florida Institute of Oral Surgery and Dental Implants in 2018.
