A dedicated psychiatrist, Dr. Diaz works with patients at her private practice in Boston, Massachusetts, where she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. With comprehensive training and expertise in both adult and child psychiatry, she offers personalized care aimed at improving the psychological well-being of her patients.

In her practice, she treats a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, insomnia, and attention deficit disorder (ADD). She understands that each patient’s experience is unique, and she works collaboratively with her patients to develop effective treatment plans that enhance their quality of life.

Having completed her Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center from 2019 to 2021, Dr. Diaz possesses specialized knowledge in addressing the mental health needs of younger populations. Her residency in Psychiatry at Texas A&M College of Medicine- Baylor Scott and White Medical Center further solidified her expertise, equipping her with the skills to handle complex psychiatric cases. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2016.

An authority in her field, the doctor is board-certified in both psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. This certification underscores her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care in the field of mental health.

Dr. Diaz’s approach to mental health care is multifaceted, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. This includes prescribing medications such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and other treatments, alongside psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions.
