Moyer Total Wellness was founded by Colorado chiropractor, Dr. Moyer, in 2009 with the goal of providing natural health care to relieve patient’s pain and overall stress in as few visits as possible combining massage and chiropractic. He is able to do that by incorporating the best massage therapy, acupuncture, personalized fitness prescription, and nutrition therapy with his chiropractic services.

Recognized as Denver’s leading health and wellness center, Moyer Total Wellness helps prevent disease by addressing the four causes of disease: poor nutrition, poor fitness, chronic stress, and exposure to environmental toxins.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Moyer graduated Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2006. Upon returning to Colorado, he worked for the Cenegenics Institute in Boulder, the worldwide leader in age management medicine. Since then, he has become an expert in various wellness protocols to prevent chronic degenerative diseases, with an emphasis on chronic pain alleviation and prevention.

Specializing in chronic disease prevention and computer related postural disorder, he has experience helping people understand and eliminate moderate to severe pain such as lower back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, and headaches. He empowers his patients to take an active role in their own health.

A volunteer spokesman for the American Heart Association, Dr. Moyer most recently appeared on Fox 31 News and 9 News providing information regarding the AHA’s Family Health Challenge. Most notably, he provided medical testimony to the Colorado State Senate regarding removing Trans-Fats from Colorado Schools. His testimony was pivotal in getting Senate Bill 68 passed.

Additionally, he regularly consults with local and national businesses about their corporate wellness strategies.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo and a long list of other ailments and conditions. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without the use of medication or surgery.

On a more personal note, Dr. Moyer is married with two beautiful daughters. He enjoys fly fishing, writing, playing ultimate Frisbee, golfing, spending time with his family, as well as coaching his daughters’ soccer teams.
