Dr. Wasim is a caring and attentive internist and Partner with Eastside Internal Medicine LLC in Conyers, Georgia. He is also affiliated with Piedmont Rockdale Hospital, which is a part of Piedmont Healthcare, as well as serves on the Piedmont Clinic Credentialing Committee.

A 1987 graduate of the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital in Bangladesh, Dr. Wasim relocated to the United States to further his training. Once there, he completed his internship in internal medicine at Grant Hospital of Chicago in 1993, followed by his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995. 

The doctor brings a commitment to excellence and a compassionate demeanor to everything he does and takes great pleasure in serving his patients. With years of experience in his field, he is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
