Are blue light glasses safe?
Yes, but they should not be worn all the time. You need blue light especially in the morning and midday for many biological reasons. Not all blue light glasses are the same, so its hard to advise you except generally. There are nutritional supplements that protect your eyes better than blue light glasses. Your eyes are made for light, but they are happiest when things are changing. Staring at a computer screen is hard on your eyes even with blue light glasses. Take frequent breaks and do activities that involve movement as often as you can. Your eyes will thank you! Marisa Sent from my iPhone READ MORE
