About

I am a psychiatrist Board certified in both Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. I have practiced in San Antonio, Texas for the past ten years.

My outpatient practice will serve families who deal with psychiatric concerns of mood, disruptive behaviors, and difficulties in learning and school performance. While the patient is always the primary focus of any treatment, the family as a whole will be supported and counseled in ways to best deal with the stressors they face. Patients will receive care that incorporates both the most modern of psychiatric medication and counseling to improve coping skills and improve family relationships.

I was raised in San Antonio and then went to SMU in Dallas where I graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering. I then attended UTMB in Galveston where I completed medical school and my psychiatric residency. I returned to San Antonio where I have served as an attending psychiatrist at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center.
