    A) You are vaccinated 2/25 & should expect March to be much safer, than previously. B) consider wearing a large protective face shield. They allow for singing or eating. You may want to have them "available" for customers seated at tables near your section (or make it a menu item, for sale!). Perhaps it will start a trend at that restaurant! C) Consider is there a safer spot to sing? Does it make sense? D) Timing: If you start a bit later, & refrain from a break, would you be more comfortable with less 'exposure' (less moving around is less touching a source)? If you time one entrance & then close with the restaurant closing, are you able to reduce some guest interaction? E) Practice the elbow tap, or alternate "no contact with face or hands" acknowledgement, if you are comfortable. F) Double glove, take off the top glove if possible exposure of touching something. G) Keep your wipes & sanitizer handy & wipe down any mike or head set before use. H) Start on an OFF night, for a short session. You will probably figure out you can do a little & the full role from before is probably not needed as much now. I ) Practice your singing with a mask, in case the 'gut feeling' to protect yourself even further shows up. Perhaps there are certain songs you pull off a bit more confidently in that situation?     I think many ERs give out lots of stress, even before you see the bill. All joking aside, if you are gripped with a sudden FEAR of Impending Doom, then an Urgent Care or ER or a virtual Doctor Visit, may be the only immediate care options. If this "stress" is explained to your primary care, in a bit more detail, then you would be directed a bit more appropriately in the next step.     It does not appear that the carob is an issue. The type of non dairy milk has a wide range of components. If it is not half a cup of milk, and it is something other than the hydrogenated fat of "non dairy creamers" then it is likely a soy milk or nut or pea or legume based milk. Anytime you are ill with the type of symptoms you described, your body burns up more energy in the "metabolism" of food. Additionally, the amount of heat you have to put out will be greater if you are sweating often, as sweating causes the cooling of evaporation. You can't control when you are sweating, so you could become "super cooled by sweating when dealing with bitter winds". You also mentioned a severe cough, and that takes a toll on your energy and indicates your immune system would be "preoccupied", not as strong defending against new insults. So, get the cough checked out, even if by a telephone "zoom" appointment, to "lessen the strain" on your system. Ideally, the evaluation would include someone able to listen to your lungs. The sweats and cough are a potentially very unhealthy condition, even if you are not suffering much. Review your immunizations and Tb tine tests with your primary care. Follow up on suggested labs or studies. These are not the times to ignore those symptoms. An infection, cancer, and many different serious conditions start with a cough and sweats, then a gradual weight loss, and then you become too weak to get the needed care. Lots of fluids, and weigh yourself every week in the morning. Also, keep your vitamins pumped up since that is especially needed while you are in this state: vitamin C, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, and some form of tea, or chocolate or coffee, in moderation. If melatonin helps you sleep better, that is also a plus. Stay bundled up with layers, especially covering your head, and throat. Try to reduce temperature change stress on your body as much as possible until you are well. Be extra vigilant regarding Covid precautions and testing if you have not yet, for everyone's sake. Avoid all smoking whenever fighting these symptoms. If you are a smoker not yet ready to quit, give the lungs a break. Your lungs can't fight off the bad guys if they are "tarred and feathered". Cigarette smoke, pipe smoke, it all gums up the lungs and leaves the system more vulnerable. Let yourself heal. Three traction devices include: anti-gravity chairs flexed backwards, boots to hang like a bat with your feet above your head, hanging from a rod, chin straps that attach to a pulley and a weight (bag of water commonly used over a door). But lying on a bed on your back is safer than the devices above. Lying on your side with bent knees is the classic "healthiest" position in general, for back issues. You would need the correct pillow and may not be able to tolerate the side sleeper position, if your injury prevents you from being comfortable on your side. Keep searching for results that help!
