Get to know Internist Dr. Jude Acloque, who serves patients in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Dr. Acloque, a board certified internist, serves as the Medical Director at Obsidian Healthcare, a primary care practice dedicated to empowering patients of all ages and health statuses to actively engage in managing their health, well-being, and education about their conditions.

Beyond adhering to evidence-based medicine, Dr. Acloque displays a genuine interest in not only his patients’ physical health but also their overall wellness and personal fulfillment. Viewing himself not just as a physician, but as someone deeply connected to the medical field, he endeavors to foster meaningful relationships with his patients while advocating for wellness and providing support to those in need.

A first-generation Haitian American, Dr. Acloque was born and raised in South Florida. After completing the Pre-Internship program aligned with his medical school at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, he obtained his Medical Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Jalisco, México. His career path landed him in Ponce, Puerto Rico where he completed 4 years of residency training at Damas Hospital. 

Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Acloque is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

After completing his training, Dr. Acloque honed his skills in the acute care/hospital setting before deciding to focus his knowledge and abilities towards primary care. He is eager to help improve the healthcare of people in the community but also strives to change the flawed ideology that doctors are needed only when something is wrong. Obsidian Healthcare is his platform to being a healer, an educator, and an ambassador for wellness in the community.

Dr. Acloque’s diverse life experiences have exposed him to various cultures, enriching his ability to connect with patients from different backgrounds. His fluency in multiple languages and wealth of experiences enhance his capacity to effectively communicate, educate, and empathize with those under his care.
