Get to know Emergency Physician Dr. Alberto R. Rivera, who serves patients in St. Augustine, Florida.

Dr. Rivera, a board-certified emergency physician, has over four decades of experience in his field. At present, he can be found on staff at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, Florida.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Rivera attended and graduated with his medical degree from Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Raritan Bay Medical Center in New Jersey.

A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, which is a not-for-profit organization that certifies emergency physicians who meet its educational, professional, and examination standards.
