Dr. Dona graduated from the University of Wyoming and the Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. He is also a graduate of the Orthognathic Bioesthetics Institute, which teaches reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Dona is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Achieving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry is one of the few added distinctions a general dentist can achieve. The AGD is the only professional association exclusively serving the interests and needs of general dentists.
Dr. Dona is a past President of the Central Wyoming Dental Association (1985-1986), and served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Dental Association. The Wyoming Dental Association is dedicated to excellence in the dental profession in Wyoming through continuing education for its members; through advocacy to enhance dental/medical opportunities for practitioners; as well as through assisting its members to achieve the highest level of patient care to service Wyoming’s populate needs.
Dr. Dona is an active member of the Casper Rotary Club and he belongs to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. He has been married to his wife, Rosie, for 35 years. They have a daughter, Kellie, who is married and teaches school in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Dona and Rosie are blessed with two granddaughters named Clare and Kate.
