How can I make my partial dentures more comfortable?
Get implants. Partial dentures normally have clasps that keep the denture off the tissue. If the denture is rubbing on the tissue, it will need an adjustment by a dentist. When can I chew on my dental implant?
It depends on how well the implant has integrated into the bone. If the implant was placed and did not have a crown on it, and you waited 3-4 months to place the crown, you can most likely chew on it right away. But if a crown was placed when the implant was placed, it will vary to how tight the implant was in the bone at the time of placement. If the torque was 35 cm or greater, you could probably chew soft foods, but don't open any beer bottles with it. READ MORE

If the tissue was reflected and had to be moved, that can cause pain. Most oral nerve pain during implant placement comes from the tissue, which has a lot of nerve inervation, not the bone. If you have pain anti-inflammatories will, also may help with 5 minutes on and 15 minutes off for the first 3 hours. More severe pain will require a prescription medication such as Norco 10/325 mg every 4-6 hours. READ MORE
Can teeth fall out from Invisalign?
I guess it's possible if X-rays were not taken before treatment. If the tooth had very little bone support moving, it could cause it to fall out. This is why a proper work-up and exam, including X-rays should be completed before any treatment begins. Teeth also loosen during ortho treatment. The Invisalign tray keeps the tooth in place. If during treatment the tray was removed and hard chewing was done, it could possibly fall out. READ MORE
