Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned her medical degree from the prestigious Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication, she served as a Residential Advisor at Penn State and later as the Administrative Chief Resident during her residency at Washington University School of Medicine. 

Board-certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Soundararajan is also a fellow member of the organization, reflecting her dedication to continuing education and adherence to the highest standards in obstetrics and gynecology.
