He graduated from Clark High School, before putting himself through college at Trinity University and UIW and attending medical school at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Following the completion of his residency in ophthalmology in Indiana, he returned to San Antonio with his family to begin his career.
Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
