What can I do to relieve ankle pain?
Without an evaluation to determine the cause of the ankle pain it would be difficult to answer this question however in the meantime supportive shoe gear would be my recommendation, well-made sneakers and an over-the-counter ankle brace, Tylenol as needed if there are no contraindications.
