He then went on to Columbia University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. From there, he completed a General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, and his post-doctoral training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Montefiore Medical Center.
