Get to know Dr. Kathleen Gaboardi, who serves patients in Bradenton, Florida.
Striving to provide the best dental care available, Dr. Gaboardi is affiliated with the LECOM School of Dental Medicine, where she holds the position of Associate Professor and Director of Endodontics.
The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) is the nation’s largest Medical College and is the only Academic Health Center in the osteopathic profession. LECOM has a highly innovative medical and dental education system and strives to bring total health care to the community. With campuses in Erie and Greensburg in Pennsylvania, and Bradenton and Defuniak Springs in Florida, LECOM provides student-centered pathways to prepare the next generation of health care professionals.
Dr. Gaboardi began her career in dentistry by earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Vale do Itajai University in Brazil in 1997. She worked for four years in private practice and completed her residency in Endodontics at the Federal University of Parana in Brazil in 2001. She then moved to the US and earned her Doctorate degree in Oral Health Sciences from the University of Michigan in 2009. She also completed her residency in Endodontics at the University of Florida in 2017.
Dr. Gaboardi has a passion for teaching. She continues to impact the life of thousands of dental students and residents since she started her academic career in 2002. She has taught Endodontics at University of Michigan and University of Florida prior to joining LECOM. She is an active member of many dental associations, has published several scientific papers, and earned numerous awards.
Dr. Gaboardi is a Board-Certified Endodontist. Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics are a distinguished group of endodontists who have demonstrated their dedication to professional growth and providing the highest quality of patient care.
