  • Can acne scars be removed?

Thank you for your inquiry. To answer your question, yes, acne scars can be removed! The way in which we go about removing the scars is what would be determined through a consultation. We have had great success treating acne scars using chemical peels, lasers, subcision, advanced skin care products and 5-fluorouracil injections. Typically, we will have a combination of these procedures in one treatment. I would be happy to schedule an appointment for you to come in for a consultation to discuss treatment plan options in more detail. Please let me know if you are interested in making an appointment or have any additional questions. • I have really bad acne scarring- will PRP Facial help get rid of it?

Good afternoon and thank you for your inquiry. Acne scarring can be helped with the combination of microneedling, radiofrequency Infini or Rejuvapen, and PRFM. PRFM (Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix) boost post treatment healing process plus enhances the treatment outcome. The treatments mentioned are recommended in a series, usually a minimum of 2-3, 30 days apart for best results. We have multiple treatments and procedures which we offer for acne scarring and most often we recommend a combination of different, but complementary treatments. Acne scars can be deep rolling saucer like scars, scars with jagged and irregular edges, and ice pick scars to mention a few. As the nature of scarring and scarring pattern is individually unique, so is the recommended treatment. The best means of addressing each case scenario is through a cosmetic consult with the physician. It is in this environment that a patient specific care plan can be outlined in detail. Please reach back out to me if I can be of further assistance. Sincerely, Lane Gatlin, Cosmetic Consultant READ MORE
