A trusted pediatrician, Dr. Ortiz sees patients at his private practice in El Paso, Texas. His areas of clinical interest include developmental disorders, acquired deformities, endocrine disorders, liver disease, joint disorders, congenital anomalies, bronchitis, epilepsy, headache & migraine, and respiratory disease.

Pertaining to his educational pursuits, he completed his medical education and his residency in pediatrics at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 2000 and 2003, respectively. 

In his professional experience, Dr. Ortiz can be found on staff at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus, The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus, Las Palmas Medical Center, Del Sol Medical Center, and El Paso Children’s Hospital.
