Her career in medicine began when she graduated with her Medical Degree from El Bosque University in Colombia. Dr. V has presented research studies at renowned national and international conferences such as the American College of Rheumatology scientific meeting, Medical Society of the State of New York and the Pan American League of Associations for Rheumatology. A rheumatologist is an internist or pediatrician who received further training in the diagnosis (detection) and treatment of musculoskeletal disease and systemic autoimmune conditions commonly referred to as rheumatic diseases.
