A highly trained physiatrist and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Campos is affiliated with Jersey Integrative Health & Wellness, with offices in Pompton Plains, Jersey City, and Boonton, New Jersey. He takes an integrative approach to diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and pain resulting from sports, automobile accidents, and work-related injuries.
Patients suffering from muscle, tendon, ligament, or joint disorders turn to him for premium care. He offers peripheral joint injections, ultrasound-guided injections, fluoroscopically-guided lumbar spine injections, EMG/nerve conduction studies, and more to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and accelerate healing.
Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Campos lived there until the age of 11, when his family was relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later Mexico City, Mexico. He returned to attend college at New York University, and graduated with his medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School (University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey) in 2007.
Subsequently, he completed an internship at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York, and a residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation/Rutgers University. Finally, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine and interventional pain management at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Maintaining his advanced credentials with continuing education, the doctor is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and sports medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is a proud member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine.
