Dr. Erica Renee Davenport was born and raised in Pasadena, California. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Erica attended medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, under the Charles R Drew/UCLA Medical Education Program that fosters the development of physician leaders who will advance medical practice and knowledge in underserved areas. She spent her time improving access to healthcare through community health fairs and student-run clinics. After completing medical school, she trained at the Los Angeles County-USC residency program, where she further developed her love for women’s health while serving some of the most underserved populations in South Los Angeles County.
After completing her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at LAC+USC Medical Center, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to pursue more specialized surgical training through the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Dr. Davenport has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, cosmetic, and fertility-preserving approaches to chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids. As an OB/GYN and a Minimally Invasive Surgeon, Dr. Erica Davenport provides care that decreases post-operative pain, improves recovery, and is cosmetically pleasing. Outside of the operating room, Erica enjoys spending time hiking, traveling, and reading a good book.

After conducting research, she returned to her true love of medicine and attended medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, under the Charles R Drew/UCLA Medical Education Program that fosters the development of physician leaders who will advance medical practice and knowledge in underserved areas. She spent her time improving access to healthcare through community health fairs and student-run clinics.
Subsequently, Dr. Davenport trained at the Los Angeles County-USC residency program, where she further developed her love for women’s health while serving some of the most underserved populations in South Los Angeles County. After completing her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at LAC+USC Medical Center, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to pursue more specialized surgical training through the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
