Her passion for medicine led her to complete her medical degree at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1998. Drawn to the field of pediatrics, she conducted her residency in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1998-2001).
A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), she is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
