Dr. Lluberes was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She earned her Doctorate in Medicine from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) in Santo Domingo, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and completed an Internal Medicine Residency in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Lluberes migrated to the U.S. to pursue her dream of becoming a Forensic Psychiatrist. She completed her Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas-Houston Medical School and her Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she also pursued a Community Psychiatry Fellowship.
