We strive to treat every patient as though they are part of our family and as a result, we currently have several 3rd and 4th generations of families in our practice.
Philanthropic Initiatives
- Dr. Batterton volunteers her time doing foreign missions in Guatemala at Village of Hope to care for the children and families who live there. She also travels to remote villages to help families who otherwise would not have access to care. Her office partners with numerous children's ministries including Oak Forest Foster Closet, Project Joy & Hope and Clothed By Faith to provide for the needs of children in our community.

I have been a patient of Paula Batterton since 2014. Been through a lot ot stuff with my body. She has always fixed the problems and got me back on track. In 2022 I feel at car dealership and hit my head, hurt my shoulder and she had to pretty much straighten out my messed up body

Dr. Paula Batterton, the Owner and Founding Chiropractor of Batterton Chiropractic, has a remarkable story of resilience and determination that has shaped her mission to help others achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.
Born and raised in Houston, her own experience as a chiropractic patient at the age of 15, where she found relief from debilitating migraine headaches, ignited her passion for chiropractic care. In 1987, a near-fatal accident left her with a prognosis of never walking again. However, through dedicated chiropractic care, she defied the odds and fully recovered, solidifying her belief in the power of natural healing.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Texas in San Antonio and earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Batterton has been serving the Heights community for the past 29 years. Her commitment to educating and supporting families to reach their God-given health potential shines through her practice.
Her dedication to chiropractic care stems from her personal journey of overcoming adversity and embracing the body's innate ability to heal. Reflecting on her journey, Dr. Batterton shares, "Chiropractic allowed me to heal and regain my strength when all hope seemed lost.
