Let me just say that I have been a patient of Dr Breit for 12 years, and I wouldn't switch doctors for all the world's chocolate! When I first met Dr Breit it was under very sad circumstances. I was there to get a 2nd opinion on a failed pregnancy. I had not yet miscarried but did so a little over a week after meeting with Dr Breit. He was so caring and compassionate. He didn't pressure me to perform a D & C. He gave me the option of waiting it out, which I wanted to do. Afterward, we were blessed to have him deliver our 2nd child, a son, a little over a year after our first meeting. I trust Dr Breit implicitly. I would trust him with my life. I would trust him with my daughter's life. His bedside manner is the best I've ever seen. He never rushes me through his office visits, and despite what other reviews have stated, I specifically asked that he be the only doctor I saw throughout my pregnancy with my son, and he is the only doctor that saw me the entire time. We even planned my delivery with inducement so he would most certainly be the doctor who delivered me. Honestly, I don't even know the names of the other doctors in his practice because I never have to see anyone but him. It is this way because I communicated with him that is how I wanted it, and as always with Dr Breit, he was very sensitive and accomodated my request that he be my only treating physician in his practice. He and his staff are now getting me through yet another rough patch in my health, the diagnosis of breast cancer. From the moment he examined me and found the abnormality, it has taken an impressively short amount of time of 7 days from initial examination to mammogram/ultrasound to biopsy to diagnosis. He has now referred me to his breast surgeon, and I have never been so grateful to have a doctor who cares so much about his patients as Dr Breit. He is bar none, the best ob/gyn I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and having treat me as his patient. I would recommend this man to anyone looking for a quality, knowledgable, caring and compassionate doctor.
